1. Once your session for Reiki Course is finished, you need to become intimately aware of your surroundings and nature. You need to be aware of your energy. This will help you tell the difference between your energy and others’ energy. If you can’t make out the distinction, you will feel lost and won’t know whose energy you are picking on.

7. If you are already a Reiki course expert, it doesn’t mean you don’t need guidance from other professionals. If you rely on the reiki community, you can gain more energy from them. Whether they are energy healers or other reiki practitioners, you can take help from them.
8. Nature is always known as the best kind of healer. Trees, sunlight and oxygen are the best-known elements for providing a lot of benefits to your body, mind, and spirit. You can try walking barefoot on natural ground for at least 5 minutes after a session of the Reiki course. You will feel grounded in your body and mind.
